Love Island might be over, but dating app Bumble is giving its users the chance to find their summer love at a rooftop pool party in London this summer
Taking place at Shoreditch House, the annual summer singles event will see one of London’s coolest rooftop spaces transformed into a Miami Vice-style pool party.
Bumble, the women-first social networking app with over 66 million users worldwide, is inviting 200 of its users to enjoy an evening of ice-breaker challenges to encourage them to make the first move – bringing Bumble’s USP to life – as well as interactive games and a soundtrack by female-led radio station Foundation FM.
Pineapple bowling will encourage guests to make a lucky strike, while love limbo will give them the chance to show off how low they can go, and those who need a helping hand to make the first move can even have their star sign compatibility explored within the Zodiac matchmaking area – a nod to the astrology filter within the app.
And to loosen those inhibitions? Bespoke summer cocktails will flow freely, giving guests a taste of the East Coast with serves such as the Picante de la Bumble, The Hive Spritz and Bee-na Colada.
Guests can apply for a free spot for them and their best single friend by downloading the Bumble app from the App Store or Google Play Store, clicking on the Bumble Pool Party profile within Date Mode, and filling out the form.
Bumble’s singles pool party will take place on Wednesday 28 August on Shoreditch House’s secret rooftop garden from 8pm-1am
