Brigade Bar & Kitchen, the social enterprise restaurant (it has a partnership with the Beyond Food Foundation charity) inside a Grade II-listed fire station in London Bridge, has recently gone under a big refurbishment, and to celebrate, it’s knocking 50% OFF its new weekend menu.
Head Chef Pete Denhart has created a menu that celebrates big sharing cuts and wood fire cooking, with dishes like Cornish beef tomahawk with fresh horseradish and smoked bone marrow butter; whole ash roasted sweet potato with crème fraiche, pomegranate & walnuts; and sticky toffee pudding with milk cream.
As well as classic brekkies, the brunch menu features plates like buttermilk fried chicken and waffles, grilled pineapple with Greek yoghurt, and a beef dip sandwich, with the likes of slow roasted Middlewhite pork loin with honey glazed carrots, Yorkshire pudding and gravy, and wood-roasted lemon sole with shallot and caper butter on for Sunday lunch.
And you can get HALF OFF food all weekend, every weekend in November – that’s from Saturday brunch through to dinner through to Sunday lunch.
